Technique Tuesday 21-2018

Hi! It's Sue back again with another card.

The theme for May is celebrating Mom and the color scheme is pink, gold and white. For Technique Tuesday, the challenge is to use this month’s technique – designer’s choice.  I chose heat embossing. 

Here's my card

I heat embossed the large flower using Hero Arts CL980 Mother’s Day stamp set onto vellum. I added color with Copic markers. I fussy cut the flower. For the sentiment, I used Simons Says STAMP Happy Holidays die and gold cardstock and Clearly Besotted Happy Day stamp set, heat embossed with gold embossing powder on a strip of pink cardstock.
