Sweet and Simple Sunday 25-2018

Hi! It's Sue here, as this week's designer at Card A Day Challenge. Let's get started.

The theme for June is “all about kids” and the color scheme is bright red, blue, green and yellow. For Sweet and Simple Sunday, the challenge is to create a clean and simple card using this month’s theme and color scheme. 

Here's my card

I made this card using Stampin’ Up’s Patterned Party stamp set and distress markers (field berries, mustard seed, faded jeans, mowed lawn, pumice stone).  I had tried using this stamp set before but could never achieve a good impression. Now, with the MISTI, it’s so easy to do. I can re-ink each image several times to get a good impression. I matted the card panel with green and attached it to the card base.
