Card a Day Challenge for November - 3D Thursday

Hi everyone,

Welcome to another day of Card a Day Challenge for November! Today is 3D Thursday, where we make a creation that is 3 dimensional. Here is my creation:



With the holidays right around the corner, I wanted to demonstrate something that is easy to create and makes a GREAT gift for anyone! My creation is a magnetic paper pad. The paper pad is 3x5 in size. I trimmed some fallish-looking designer paper to fit over the lip of the paper pad and then decorated with embellishments (for my larger paper pads, I used Prima flowers). Finally, I adhered magnetic circles on the back of the pad with my glue gun. I tested it on my fridge for a few days, and it was really sturdy! You can make these pads in any size and get creative in decorating them (but use more magnets for bigger paper pads).
