WOW Wednesday - 03-2018

Hi! Sue back with another card following this month's theme of Winter Birthdays. For WOW Wednesday, the them is to "turn up the volume on one of my past cards". 

Here's the card, I started with

To "turn up the volume":

• I added Wink of Stella on the flowers, leaves and frame for some shimmer;
• I added Nuvo Glitter Drops - White Blizzard for some dimension;
• I added rhinestones for the centre of the flowers
