Today's clean and simple challenge is school inspired.
First up is a new team member - Tantalaya.
For this school inspired card I used paper from echo park for the
bottom of card and added some matching ribbon from Stampin' Up! I stamped the
sentiment from the Stamp of Approval box the Enchanted Garden from SugarPea
Designs and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder on top of Versifine
ink in vintage sepia. I then took the knowledge coin from Ranger and attached
it to the card with a Brad and finished the card off with brown stitches around
the top half of card.
Now we see what Gracie did.
The theme for today was
school inspired. My precious youngest granddaughter is starting
kindergarten. Sniff, sniff... they grow up too fast! The owl and pencil
are Silhouette files. The paper is from old, old CM.The sentiment was
typed on my computer. It will be off in the mail! ~ Gracie
Great job ladies and join us tomorrow for Christmas fun.
Denise
I can't believe it time to think about back to school again...where did the summer go? These cards are great. That knowledge coin really sets the card off nicely and, Gracie, this card is so cute to usher a kindergartener off on their first day of school.
