Anything Goes - C.A.S.E A Card Friday #12-2016

Today's C.A.S.E. A Card Challenge:

Ok - I want some more stencils!  I tries to make a masculine card since I do so very few.  I used gray and red cardstock.  I masked the gray cardstock with a Small Spheres stencil.  I sponged Distress Inks (tea dye, antique linen, weathered wood, coastal) and SU coastal cabana, baked brown sugar, crisp cantelope, and strawberry slush.   I cut about 2/3 of an oval shape out of the stenciled background,  mounted it on another layer of gray cardstock, added Simon Says Big Scripty Greetings happy birthday using Memento Luxe Ink and clear embossing powder.   Added a few metal accents and put the front onto a red card base. ~Gracie

I used stamps and emboss resist and Brusho powders to create my background panel.
A simple stitched in and out circle from MFT cut the hole for the sentiment. ~Theresa

  1. Love both of them. Gracie, I have been cutting stencils on my Cricut using Stencil material I bought at Hobby Lobby with my 40% off coupon (it is with their art supplies) and I am getting hooked. I can make them any size and almost any design I want. I blame Theresa for getting me started on stencils. lol.
