Today's Clean & Simple Challenge
Engagement or Thank You Cards
For this card I started with a free clip art image (can't get much better than free). I imported it into my Silhouette, traced it and welded it to a rectangle frame and cut it from Basic Black card stock from SU. I printed the greeting on a Whisper White rectangle which I placed behind the black before attaching it to a Tempting Turquoise base. I used an SU die to cut the decorative piece across the front and embellished it with rhinestones. There's a rhinestone on the ring box as well...
given the size of the bride to be, that's quite a rock! ~Kim
I used distress ink to watercolor these flowers on
Arches watercolor paper. Then I used stitched dies through my Cuttlebug and
finished it off with some paper and mounted it on to a card base.

Theresa & the CADC DT
Both are so cute. Kim, your card reminds me of a card I did when my son proposed this past September. I used a similar type of image, but put them in a boat since that is where he popped the question - on a lake in a restored rowboat. Denise the water coloring is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteDenise your card is simply gorgeous!
