Scene it Saturday 41-2018

Well, my week has come to an end. Appreciate you stopping by. 

The theme for October is “All Things Fall” and the color scheme is orange, browns and reds. For Scene it Saturday, the theme is to create a scene card. 

Here's my card

I started by stamping the trees using Stampin’ Up’s Lovely As A Tree and Archival Potting Soil ink. I added color to the trees using ink daubers and distress inks (candied apple, carved pumpkin, tea dye).  I also tried using q-tips to add the inks. I preferred the "feathery" look achieved with the ink daubers. The sentiment is from Altenew’s With Gratitude stamp set using Hero Arts Tangerine ink.
