Sweet and Simple Sunday 13-2018

This month's theme is all things plaid and the colors green, black and gold or silver.

Since green is my favorite color, I loved making some of these cards.

I made the background of this card by masking off with washi tape for vertical strips and using a distress applicator with Oxide Ink in Peeled Paint.  I then repeated the process horizontally. To give it a little more, I hand drew black lines with a thin black marker.  They aren't perfect, but I like the look.  The stamp and sentiment are from Unity called Luck to Go.  I painted the shamrocks with the same Distress Ink which made them match perfectly.  Both the tag and sentiment were popped up on foam tape with a few sequins added. - Denise
