Wednesday's challenge to turn up the volume on a previous card. I looked through my stash ans found this card from a while ago.
It was pretty busy, but still missing something. I decided to add a rhinestone to each of the flower centers.

This actually made the flowers show up better rather than just being a mass, so I do think it helped make the card better. - Denise
