Scene It Saturday 2-2019

Time to make a scene!  Here is my card:

I have used a lot of die cuts this week.  Today I used an unbranded forest die with white card stock to cut out trees and snow flakes.  I placed them on a navy blue background then placed the panel on a white panel.  I die cut the "Happy Birthday" sentiment with silver glitter card stock from Co'ordinations.  I added rhinestones for embellishment and placed the panel on a navy blue card stock base.
