Scene It Saturday 39-2018

It's time to make a scene again and I don't mean acting crazy out in public or on Facebook lol!  Today we make a card with a scene and I chose to use masking to help create mine.

Here is my Scene It Saturday Card:

I have really been using my Raisin Boat stamps lately!  This is another stamp set I have had for awhile and had never used.  I know, I know...  I sound like a hoarder but I think every crafter has a tendency towards hoarding anything crafty  :)  I stamped the images on ivory card stock using Memento Brown ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.  I colored the horse with Spectrum Noir markers.  I created a mask using an oval die cut first masking the outer part and inking the inner part with Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide ink.  I then masked the inner part with the piece cut from the die and sponged the outer part with Faded Jeans.  I spritzed the panel with water.  After it dried I added white metal heat set dots.  I placed the panel on a brown panel and used gold card stock as a card base.

I have had fun the past 2 weeks - I will be back next month! Happy Crafting! ~ Gracie
