Color Challenge Tuesday #14

Here is today's color challenge:

Let's see what Denise has done with this one.

I happened upon a card idea in my Pinterest feed that seemed perfect for this color challenge.  It went together in no time because it was just cutting all the layers 4 ¼ ” wide and as long as I needed to get the layers as I liked them.  A few tears and cuts (for the water) a circle punch for the sun and it was done.

WOW! For a card that she says took little time, it sure has a big impact.  How great would this card be for someone retiring to Florida or change the sentiment and it would perfect for a beach wedding.
