Wow Wednesday is all about making a previous card have more impact. Sorry ahead of time that while we are celebrating the 4th of July, I have a Christmas card.
I am taking my Monday card from this week to improve. Here is the original.

To make this a little better, I added Marvy Snow Marker to the trim on the hat and heat set them. I also added a few blue sequins. - Denise
